2. Services<\/b><\/h3>\nThe Spa KSA provides home spa services including massage, skincare, body treatments, and relaxation services. Our treatments are designed for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.<\/span>\n

3. Bookings & Payments<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • All bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or customer service channels.<\/li>\n \t
  • Payment can be made via secure online gateways (credit card, Mada, cash, or other approved methods).<\/li>\n \t
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.<\/li>\n \t
  • Rescheduling: Please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.<\/li>\n \t
  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled at least 24<\/strong> hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full.<\/li>\n \t
  • Waiting Fee: An additional fee will be charged if the client is not ready at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice.<\/li>\n \t
  • Refunds will be processed within 7\u201314<\/strong> business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
