The Spa KSA provides home spa services including massage, skincare, body treatments, and relaxation services. Our treatments are designed for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Bookings & Payments<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • Payment can be made via secure online gateways (credit card, Mada, cash, or other approved methods).<\/li>\n
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.<\/li>\n
  • Rescheduling: Please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation Policy<\/b>: If the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee will be applied.<\/li>\n
  • Waiting Fee<\/b>: An additional fee will be charged if the client is not ready at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice.<\/span><\/li>\n
