1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, customers, and users of The Spa KSA. By booking or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
The Spa KSA provides home spa services including massage, skincare, body treatments, and relaxation services. Our treatments are designed for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or customer service channels.
- Payment can be made via secure online gateways (credit card, Mada, cash, or other approved methods).
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information when booking.
- Customers must ensure they are available at the scheduled time and location.
- Customers are responsible for informing our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the treatment.
5. The Spa Rights
- The Spa KSA reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate.
- Our staff may refuse or stop a service if they feel unsafe or if the customer engages in inappropriate behavior.
- The Spa KSA may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The Spa KSA is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or injuries resulting from services if health conditions were not disclosed.
- Customers acknowledge that treatments are wellness-based and results may vary.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Saudi jurisdiction.
