• Payment can be made via secure online gateways (credit card, Mada, cash, or other approved methods).
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Customer Obligations

• Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information when booking.
• Customers must ensure they are available at the scheduled time and location.
• Customers are responsible for informing our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the treatment.

5. The Spa Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Saudi jurisdiction.
